Barbara Cleary Designs uses Gelato and Printify as print production suppliers. As such, production and shipping of products is handled by them, but usually in a very speedy and professional manner! If you notice any issues with your order please notify us right away.

Barbara Cleary Designs follows a 30-day return policy, requiring customers or retailers to notify them of any return intentions within this period. We only offer a Return/Refund Policy for damaged or defective products, with claims accepted within 30 days of the item being received.

Customers initiate return requests with Barbara Cleary Designs, who then contacts the suppliers. Please email sales@barbaraclearyart.com with images and details of damaged or defects and we will contact the supplier and notify you of next steps.
